If you want your horse to arrive as rested as possible, you let it ride backwards! It has been shown that when the horse is given the choice, it prefers to stand with its rump straight or slightly tilted back towards the direction of travel. Then the horse can take up the braking forces with its hindquarters, its strongest body part, and tenses up less during the journey.
For 25 years now, we at Umesläp have offered backwards skiing. A steadily growing customer group has discovered that the horse in a B50 becomes less stressed and more calm during transport backwards. Because the horse steps in from the front and folds in diagonally, the loading for the horse is a bit like entering its box in the stable.
If you have a problem with a horse wanting to jump over the front bar, in a B50 you can let the horse ride without a bar in front of the horse thanks to the horse going backwards!

Body
The trailer is made of aluminum and sandwich elements. It provides large spaces, low weight and high load capacity. The strong and stable construction also ensures that your horse rides as safely as possible.
The trailer has white exterior walls and roof. Together with the built-in insulation, it provides a more pleasant temperature in the trailer, both on hot summer days and cold winter days.
There are reliable LED lamps in all lanterns. The lower rear lights sit high up, protected from external damage, and are well visible in traffic. Double reversing lights make reversing the trailer safer.

Chassis
The entire lower part of the trailer is made of light, strong and maintenance-free aluminium.
Bogie axles with individual suspension for each wheel provide a smooth and course-stable ride. This, together with a minimal roll in curves, means that your horse will appreciate the journey in a Umesläp.
Even braking is smooth for the horse, thanks to a push brake, suitable very well for horse transport.

Furnishings
It is easy and quick to open doors, partition walls and barriers. They are opened and closed with integrated pins and click locks.
Black wear protection in hard plastic on the walls makes the trailer look fresh inside. The durable material is practically impossible to scratch holes in. The wear protectors are easy to clean and disinfect.
The effective ventilation is thoroughly tested and will be appreciated by your horse. Two sunroofs are standard.

B60 | Stuteri has side windows on both sides as standard. The windows are adjustable and have grills.
The interior lighting also illuminates part of the loading and unloading hatch. It makes it safer and easier to load and unload in the dark. The durable, smooth rubber mat has been in our trucks since 1995. This mat is both softer and lasts much longer than a grooved mat.
